On October 5 in India, the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2024 begins. In the opening match of the tournament, defending champions England take on runners-up New Zealand at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi stadium, which is also the location of the India vs. Pakistan match on October 15.
The two semifinal matches will take place on November 15 and 16, respectively, in Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium and Kolkata’s Eden Gardens, with the finals taking place the following day on November 19 in Ahmedabad. There is a spare day for both semifinals and finals.
